When buyers get fatigued, they need to get into the seller’s mindset and understand the market. Have a conversation with the listing agent and find out what’s most important to the seller. As buyers, if you want to win in a seller’s market, you’re going to have to make some concessions. Don’t pretend like this is a buyer’s market. If you don’t want to compete, you shouldn’t buy in this market. Talk to your real estate professional, and they’ll help you create a strong offer.
