2 Tips if You’re Relocating to Sedona

Here are two helpful tips if you’re relocating to the Sedona area.

Whether you’re coming from Scottsdale, NYC, or Seattle, I have two great tips for you if you’re thinking about relocating to Sedona in the near future:

1. Make sure to have proof that you have permission to work from home. When you’re lining up your financing and moving to Sedona, get on letterhead that your employer is allowing you to work out of your home from anywhere in the country.

2. Choose a local lender. It’s so important to align yourself with a local lender because they’re familiar with the market, have good relationships with title companies, and will make sure your deal closes on time. The big banks often overpromise and underdeliver, and that could put you in a bad spot. The Realtor you’re working with should have a local lender that they trust.

I love Sedona real estate and I love helping buyers and sellers in the area. If you have any questions at all about moving here or the market in general, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
